Define team planning to estimate project deadlines and team workload, and to know all team members assignments.
You can define the planning of each project team member. This planning will then be used to automatically estimate project deadlines and team workload.
To manage your team planning, click on the "members" button on the left menu. To access it, you need to be the workspace administrator. Regular workspace member cannot manage project team planning.
Then, you have two different choices to fill in the planning: assign a default project to each member, or modify their schedules by selecting half-days or time periods. You can cancel or modify your choices at any time.
To get a full overview of project team planning, click on "expand the planning", navigate between project periods. You can see which people will be available in the future and all their current assignments.
