Manage Project Participants for a Productive Online Teamwork

Perform a productive online teamwork by inviting participants to your project and by defining their project status.

Earliz is designed for a productive online teamwork, helping you to manage your projects with other participants:

To invite friends or colleagues to join a productive online teamwork, click on "Participants" when you are connected to your current project. Add directly a workspace member or a team to your project using the "Add participants" button.

Choose the status of each project participant for this online teamwork: "administrator", "member" or "observer". Administrators can modify all project data. Members cannot access project settings. Observers can only see project reports they have been assigned to by administrators.

If needed, you can delete a project participant with a single click on the no-entry sign. This participant will then no longer be part of this project. However, he remains a member of your workspace so that you can invite him to another productive online teamwork when needed!
