You can add project documents to project goals and steps, and share them with all project participants.
During your projects, you can easily upload and share documents with all project participants and add them to goals and tasks:
Click on the task bubble button, and choose to share documents from Google Drive and Drop Box, or to upload them directly on Earliz. If you choose Google Drive or Dropbox, documents won’t be uploaded on Earliz, but will remain under the form of a link.
A paper clip appears to inform other project participants that a document has been added to a goal or a task. All project participant newsfeeds will be updated in real time.
These documents are also gathered into a dedicated folder. Click on the "documents" button in the left menu to view them. Project document folders are only accessible to project participants.
